The FendanaCura name, logo, software, user interface, design elements, and all associated content are the exclusive intellectual property of Fendana Health Ltd. No part of this application may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form without prior written permission.
2. Terms of Use
By accessing or using FendanaCura, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The platform is provided for the purpose of care agency management, staff coordination, compliance tracking, and family communication. You must be authorised by an organisation to use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use FendanaCura only for lawful purposes. You must not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems; upload malicious software or content; use the platform to store or transmit data that violates applicable laws; misrepresent your identity or role within an organisation; or interfere with the proper operation of the service.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all data and documents you upload to FendanaCura. By uploading content, you grant Fendana Health Ltd a limited licence to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service. Care records, compliance documents, and signatures are stored securely and are accessible only to authorised users within your organisation.
5. Limitation of Liability
FendanaCura is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Fendana Health Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure data integrity and availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to FendanaCura if these Terms are violated. Upon termination, your organisation may request data export within 30 days. After 90 days, data associated with terminated accounts will be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
