How do I reset my password?▼
Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.
How do I invite caregivers to my agency?▼
As an Agency Admin, go to your Dashboard and click "Invite Staff". Enter their email and select the role. They will receive an invitation link.
How do I upload compliance documents?▼
Caregivers can upload documents via Document Storage > My Docs tab. Admins can upload from the All Files tab. All uploads support PDF, images, and common document formats.
How do I sign off on training documents?▼
Navigate to Document Storage > Training Sign-Offs tab. Read the document, click "I have Read & Understood", then draw your digital signature to complete.
How does the subscription work?▼
FendanaCura offers tiered subscriptions (Starter, Growth, Professional, Enterprise). Visit the Billing page from your admin dashboard to manage your plan.
Is my data secure?▼
Yes. FendanaCura uses encrypted connections (TLS), secure cloud storage, role-based access control, and complies with data protection standards. Your data is never shared with third parties.
